Stacking Benjamins Podcast with The Heavy Purse & Guest Posts

Shannon is featured on the Stacking Benjamins Podcast

On Wednesday, I’ll share the different ways you can save money for your child’s college education, but today I’m excited to announce that Average Joe interviewed me for his inaugural podcast of Stacking Benjamins. During my interview, I share some summer money activities for you and your kids.

Summer is the perfect time to slow down and hold these important conversations with your kids, so I hope you find my tips helpful. You can learn more about my interview and listen to the podcast, here. Joe and I would certainly appreciate your support promoting his new venture, Stacking Benjamins, and our interview together.

The Heavy Purse Guest Posts

I also had a guest post at Three Coins on How To Teach Your Kids to Save, Spend and Share last week. I want my girls to know four quarters equal a dollar, but it’s even more important to me that they know how to use those four quarters. You can read the post, here.

Also, please check out my new post, Your Financial Foundation at Tackling Our Debt, an online magazine focusing on helping people get out of debt by saving money, living a frugal lifestyle & learning how to make money. In my post, you’ll find out if your financial house is sturdy enough to withstand your dreams.

Check back on Wednesday to learn how to save for your children’s college education.

Loved your "Three Coins" post. Dealing with concrete examples seems to work best with children.
